WHO Declares Ebola Outbreak a Global Health Emergency
The World Health Organisation declares the Ebola outbreak in the Democratic Republic of the Congo and Uganda an international health emergency. Currently, there are 246 suspected cases and 88 deaths, with the outbreak originating in Ituri province and spreading to other regions and Uganda.
