US Soldier Charged Over Alleged Betting on Maduro's Capture
Gannon Ken Van Dyke, a US soldier involved in the January operation to capture Venezuelan president Nicolás Maduro, is charged with allegedly profiting over $400,000 from bets on his removal. Federal authorities state he could face up to 60 years in prison for his actions, which began in December 2025.
