Three Die from Suspected Hantavirus on Cruise Ship

Three passengers on the MV Hondius cruise ship have died from a suspected hantavirus outbreak, as reported by the World Health Organization. The ship was travelling between Argentina and Cape Verde when the outbreak occurred. Hantavirus, typically carried by rodents, is rarely contagious among humans.
