Sisters of slain officer plan to sue Victoria Police for negligence

Dianne Thompson and Lois Kirk, sisters of slain officer Neal Thompson, intend to sue Victoria Police for negligence following an inquest into his death. Their lawyer, Jeremy King, announced the planned legal action after the shooting incident involving Dezi Freeman in Porepunkah last August. A date for the inquest has yet to be set.
