Perth man to plead mental health defence in terror case

Liam Alexander Hall, 32, accused of attempting to bomb an Invasion Day rally in Perth, may plead not guilty by reason of insanity. His lawyers indicate he is receiving treatment in custody. Hall's case has been adjourned until May after he failed to appear before the magistrate via video link.
