NSW Prosecutors Charge Labor Officials Over Alleged Donation Disguise

NSW prosecutors have initiated legal proceedings against former Labor MP Ernest Wong and restaurateur Jonathan Yee for allegedly disguising donations to Chris Minns during his 2015 election campaign. The NSW Electoral Commission began investigating in 2019 over concerns of circumventing election funding laws.
