Man Charged After Shooting Near JD Vance's Motorcade

Michael Marx, 45, is charged after allegedly firing at law enforcement near the Washington Monument while walking near JD Vance’s motorcade. Following the shooting on Monday, he was shot multiple times by authorities and reportedly made vulgar remarks about the White House while being transported to a hospital.
