Public toilets in England have decreased by 14% over the past decade, leading to significant health concerns and the emergence of 'toilet deserts', according to a report by the Royal Society for Public Health. Currently, there is one public toilet for every 15,481 people, compared to 8,500 in Scotland and 6,748 in Wales.
