Bullsbrook Centre for National Resilience used for hantavirus passengers
The Bullsbrook Centre for National Resilience, built at a cost of $400 million, has seen minimal use since its completion four years ago. Currently, it is being utilised to accommodate cruise passengers affected by hantavirus. The facility was originally established during the COVID-19 pandemic for quarantine purposes.
