Australian Lawyer Charged in Hong Kong Dine and Dash Case

Australian lawyer Samuel Monkivitch is arrested in Hong Kong for allegedly fleeing four venues without paying. He has pleaded guilty to charges related to a dine and dash spree, including skipping bills at five-star Shangri-La hotels and assaulting a man who confronted him. He was fined for previous incidents at a massage parlour and a Chinese restaurant.
