Aipac affiliate funds lavish trips to Israel for Congress members

Since 7 October 2023, the American Israel Education Foundation (AIEF) has funded lavish trips to Israel for dozens of U.S. Congress members and staff, despite declining American support for Israel. The trips included briefings on Middle East politics and meetings with Israeli officials, including Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
